- What happens if I exceed my monthly contract limit?
- On the Free and Starter plans, you will be prompted to upgrade when you reach your monthly limit. Your existing analyses remain accessible. Limits reset on your billing date each month.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes. You can cancel through your account settings at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
- Is there a discount for annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly pricing. Starter is $15/month billed annually, Pro is $39/month, and Team is $79/month.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription, contact support and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
