How Native E-Signature Works

1. Create a signing flow by specifying the signing parties and their order

2. Each party receives notification when it is their turn to sign

3. Sign directly in the browser using our canvas-based signature capture

4. Audit trail records everything -- who signed, when, from what IP address, and what browser

Multi-Party Signing

Our signing flows enforce order. If Alice needs to sign before Bob, Bob cannot sign until Alice has completed her signature. This ensures proper authorization chains for complex contracts.

Security and Compliance

Every signing event is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail. Document hashes verify that the contract was not modified between signatures. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
